$1,000 per placement
For every superintendent, assistant superintendent, and equipment manager placement, $1,000 is set aside and donated. No exceptions, no minimums required before the pledge activates.

annual giving report
Each year we will publish a simple summary of how much was donated and to which organizations. We believe accountability matters — especially when giving is a stated value.

As placement volume increases, so does the total contribution. We review the giving percentage annually with a commitment to increase it as the firm scales.
